Quality Assurance Program

The basic principle of the quality assurance program is to meet quality expectation of what is commonly known or acclaimed international standards such as that prescribed by the European International Standard Organization on Specifications of black and white pepper (Reference documents: ISO-959-I, ISO-959-II). The second principle is to meet specific country standard such as that of USA FDA standards for all imported spices.

The adherence of such principles is ensured through implementation of a two parts program.

Quality testing on all exports consignments: To ensure all export consignments shall comply with the common or/and specific import country standards. All export consignments to USA for example will be sampled and tested by accredited independent laboratories to comply with USA FDA Standard.

Product Liability Insurance Coverage: To back up the quality quarantee program, we also indemnify our clients against any financial loss due to our products through a world wide product liability insurance coverage provided by the USA based American home Assurance Company (AIG) SE.

Through these two pronged approaches of the quality assurance program, our clients can concentrate the effort fully on what they are doing best i.e. selling or using our pepper products with full confidence.
